I was having very high utility bills and my A/C system was over ten years old. My neighbor referred me to Ocean Aire Conditioning.  They came and installed a new 2 stage high efficiency system at my home with a heat recovery system so my A/C makes free hot water anytime the A/C is running. Since I am in my 80's, I am always afraid of scams.  Ocean Aire's crew was incredibly efficient, did not stop until the job was complete.  My utility bills have been cut in half over the last year.  It is one purchase and company I would highly recommend.

I recently had a high efficiency Rheem package unit installed at my mobile home by Ocean Aire Conditioning.  The installers were a great team.  Very professional and organized.  It was the cleanest installation I have seen in my park.  My electric bill has dropped over 30% from my previous system.  I did shop around for pricing and Ocean Aire Conditioning beat all the other prices.

I had two heat-pump units were replaced. Workers arrived and left on time according to plans and expectations. No problems. I work with the Ocean-Aire people from long-distance and they've made it easy. Did not shop for price but used these folks because we have an annual contract and they've always been easy to work with and professional.
